The Phoenix Schools offers a generous benefits package including 4 weeks of paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays, etc.) after your first year. We offer part-pay health insurance, as well as training and continuing education toward a degree in early childcare.

New staff members begin with a one-week trial period. This allows both the school and the employee to decide if she (or he) fits in well with the program. As with other child-care programs, all job applicants must pass a background and reference check.

All applicants must have a high school diploma. Applicants with education and/or experience in early childhood education receive priority consideration over other applicants.
