We will be accepting applications for enrollment in January 2010 for June and September of 2010.

  • During January (Jan. 1 - 31) each year, Phoenix will accept applications for openings in the current calendar year. Download Application.
  • We hold a lottery in February for all openings in the current year. Regular openings are available in June and September when students are moved up to the next class. Families who are chosen in the lottery will be notified by phone and will have two weeks to accept or decline the spot.
  • Names not pulled in the lottery will be kept for that year only in case of unscheduled openings.
  • Families must apply each January in order to be eligible for new spaces. All names from the lottery will be discarded on December 31 of the year of application.
  • Siblings of existing Phoenix students will have first priority in filling any vacancies.
  • We will be hosting an open house for interested families on January 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

Tuition and Fees
Phoenix parents realize that great teachers deserve to be paid well. Since Phoenix is not operated for profit, the majority of tuition goes directly to the teachers' salaries. We rely heavily on volunteers, and donated goods and services to keep tuition rates competitive, while ensuring a high level of quality.

Tuition ranges from $884 to $1,001/month (full-time for Sept. 2009 - Aug. 2010), plus small activity/insurance fees. We offer a sibling discount for families with two or more children enrolled (not including Pre-K or summer camp). For families that qualify, we offer a limited number of scholarships for reduced tuition.
